The School compound is looking beautiful!! We have our second harvest of bananas of which there are plenty and very big! The Children get excited about seeing the fruit grow and take good care of their little vegetable plots, especially Jason! After some serious rains and damage to the compound, things have settled down and we thankfully have all the roofing sorted in all the buildings!
Everyone is once again water-tight!
Dear Friends, We feel so honoured and blessed to be a part of this exciting and crazy adventure of seeing lives saved, and hearts transformed as we bring hope to the hopeless and love to the lonely in our favourite place in the world!
A country full of extreme beauty in many ways, yet with the contrast of extreme poverty around every corner, with starving children and adults alike, and hopelessness being the major factor overtaking so many lives and families. This last trip proved to us again that anything is possible! The transformation in so many of the people we know was evident to all! Some of the families we re-visited in the rural areas was testimony to the fact that miracles truly do happen today! Lives turning around, children no longer sick, Adults in astounding remission from HIV, and jobs being provided!
Thank you all for the support you continue to give to us as a charity and individuals!
